We currently ship across India and to selected international destinations.

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us at support@attirearc.com and we’ll assist you.

2. Shipping Charges

• India:

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on orders above ₹999

  • Orders below ₹999: ₹79 shipping fee

• International:

  • Charges vary based on location and weight (calculated at checkout)

3. Delivery Time

• Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)

• International Orders: 7–14 business days

Note: Deliveries may take longer during holidays, festivals, or due to unforeseen logistical delays.

4. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day

• Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number

5. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order via the “Track Order” link on our website using your order ID and email. If you face any issues, feel free to contact our support team.

6. Shipping Partners

We work with leading courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure reliable delivery across all zones.

7. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is undelivered due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, it may be returned to us. We will notify you to either:

• Re-dispatch the order (additional shipping charges may apply), or

• Cancel and process a refund (excluding shipping charges)
